Family friendly and ideally located, you will be within walking distance of a surf lifesaver patrolled beach, restaurants, bars and shopping that Broadbeach is renowned for.

The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom resort style apartments are private, spacious and set amongst tropical gardens. Ideal for families, all apartments are self contained with large balconies and standard TV channels.

When you're not out and about in Broadbeach, you can make the most of the onsite recreational facilities. There are 2 lagoon style pools, 2 spas and a shaded BBQ area. The kids will love the children's activity playground, complete with a children's pool.

Important information:

Construction of a residential high-rise building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm (Monday to Saturday). During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel directly for any queries or concerns.

Please be advised BreakFree Diamond Beach is a 3 storey walk up property. While we try our best to allocate ground floor apartments for guests when requested, this unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. If you have any questions relating to this, please contact reception.
